Rates

$145 per night and $900 per week plus $50 cleaning fee and taxes. Call or email us to confirm rates - we do run specials from time to time.

Policies

• Reservations are required. 1/2 deposit is due upon placing reservation with balance due.
• Two night minimum stay is required. A three night minimum stay is required on holidays.
• A $50 damage deposit will be required up front. It will be refunded in full if there are no damages.
  
• Pets allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Guests with unauthorized pets will be required to pay a $100 fee.
• Checks will be accepted if mailed in two weeks prior to stay
